Was this the vision you had for yourself?
Jewellery was always something I could never buy for myself. I always encountered a frustrating trade-off: either settling for low-quality items that quickly tarnished and irritated my skin, or investing in excessively expensive pieces that didn’t align with my personal style. I was driven by the desire to fill this gap. I was always the creative mind in school and it’s crazy to see my creative thoughts become a career.
What turned this vision into a reality?
I started only producing small batches mainly for myself and was fortunate to receive unwavering support from my close circle of friends and family. Initially, it was a post-work hobby that I poured my heart into. However, when I started seeing sales from customers outside my immediate circle, I began to realise that this passion project had the potential to evolve into something much more substantial.
What sets you apart from everyone else?
Nevesse offers the sensation of opulence without breaking the bank. My ultimate goal is to create a brand that expresses exclusivity and adoration. Looking ahead, I envision Nevesse’s future to feature an array of bespoke designs that are captivating, unique and special. I am so excited to keep bringing my visions to life.
What were the struggles that you overcame or still dealing with to this day?
Business requires you to be a jack of all trades, juggling design, admin, social media, marketing, finance, manufacturing and every tiny piece in-between. As a super creative person I struggle immensely when it comes to sharing my creative vision with others to create an end product that correlates with what is in my head.
What’s the greatest feeling you get from working with your creation?
